Barbarian is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to join our growing team! 



Barbarian is seeking an Analyst with experience in social platform analytics and Google Analytics. This role will focus on analyzing social media performance across all platforms, and producing weekly and monthly reports alongside a Senior Analyst. They will also be collaborating with Barbarian's Director of Analytics while partnering closely with other disciplines such as UX, Strategy, and Account teams to optimize best-in-class social media for one of the world’s largest tech brands. As an Analyst, you will have the ability to see your data-driven recommendations in action.



The scope of the role will be inclusive of the following: 

  • Analyzing and reporting on social media performance for a key agency client
  • Communicating analytical findings in a clear way to non-technical and non-analytical audiences, both in oral and written presentations
  • Acting as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients/projects; help lead reports through all stages—including planning, set-up, QA, launch, analysis, and reporting
  • Leading, maintaining, and organizing back-end client data in Excel and/or Google sheets
  • Working directly with a Senior Analyst to ensure accuracy of reports that will be presented internally and to client teams



  • 2-3 years of Agency or digital marketing experience
  • Intermediate level experience with Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, and Instagram Analytics
  • Intermediate level experience with Social Listening using tools such as Brandwatch and UnMetric
  • Ability to weave together a narrative in slides (Powerpoint, Keynote, Google Slides) that uses data to inform creative and strategic recommendations
  • Experience using social listening tools such as Brandwatch and UnMetric
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI a plus
  • Effective project management skills and be comfortable communicating directly with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage own resources, tasks, deliverables, and team/client expectations
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask several different projects at once


The Analyst will work alongside a Senior Analyst and report to Barbarian’s Director of Analytics
