Associate Strategy Director

The lead strategic partner for Global Brand clients, working closely with account, creative, project management and analytics leads to ensure optimal delivery and execution of key deliverables and overall account operation. Owns big-picture thinking whilst driving excellence across campaigns. Passionate brand strategist who actively collaborates with clients to drive the growth, health and innovation of the Global brand.



  • Form and grow trust-based relationship with core clients
  • Develop a strong understanding of the clients business realities, objectives and opportunities
  • Develop and lead monthly innovation workshops
  • Develop original thought leadership relevant to the clients business
  • Implement initiatives and opportunities that come out of innovation workshops and/or thought leadership
  • Partner with analytics to track KPIs and capitalize on optimization opportunities
  • Oversee all strategic deliverables
  • Grow and mentor junior strategists
  • Participate in ongoing IAT meetings
  • Develop positioning and communication strategies to align with IAT campaign and evergreen objectives 
  • Respond to and/or develop campaign briefs 
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for strategy and relevant account-related concerns
  • Seek to elevate the account’s strategic and creative output
