  • Analyze and report on multi-channel (web, mobile, social, display, search) digital performance for both internal and client teams
  • Provide support and recommendations for campaigns/projects throughout every stage—including planning, setup, QA, launch, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal teams to aid in client conversations
  • Work with senior team members and other internal teams to spot potential client opportunities and propose ideas to grow agency business 
  • Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients and internal teams; track, escalate, and solve client issues
  • Interpret data and results into digestible reports to make recommendations and present findings to the internal team and clients in a compelling manner 

Candidate Qualifications

  • Degree with quantitative focus (e.g., economics, business, statistics, marketing) preferred
  • 1-2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources and generate actionable insights 
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a must
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting on social media data is a must
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau), a plus
  • Experience with Social Listening & Analytics tools (e.g. Brandwatch) a plus
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Abilty to multitask on different projects
  • Effective project management skills
  • Experience with working on various internal teams to provide results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
