We are looking for a fearlessly eager and tech savvy Account Manager to join our Client Engagement team on an exciting Audio brand. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong client relationship while successfully executing campaigns.  While these campaigns are always digital at the heart, they are often integrated efforts. The Account Manager will be responsible for wearing the execution hat while supporting the strategy and growth of business.
 
What You Do...
 
  • Act as a client liaison, responsible for overseeing communications on multiple projects within the account.
  • Oversee the development, execution, and maintenance (as needed) of deliverables within the account.
  • Provide client guidance, direction and expectations to internal teams.
  • Be a strategic advisor and partner for your team and client.
  • Remain responsible for overall quality of delivered work.
  • Communicate with the client on day-to-day account management follow-up items and needs.
  • Coordinate internal team and communication process, both internally and externally.
  • Confidently support a team to deliver creative and innovative ideas that meet client objectives.
  • Ensure all work is client-ready by paying close attention to detail.
  • In partnership with Project Management, coordinate the development of projects and ensure they are meeting deadlines.
  • Partner with Creative and Strategy to provide agency recommendations for new innovative tools, vendors, and technologies.
  • In partnership with the Account Director, negotiate proposal and budget with client, making necessary modifications and arranging contract signing (including writing of scopes of work).
  • Model strong presentation skills that encourage participation and effect desired outcomes for meetings.
  • Proactively pursue opportunities that may result in new projects or workstreams.
  • Partner with and actively manage up to an Account Director to set goals and plan for future workstreams.
  • Support an Account Director on tactical initiatives for the client business; maintain focus on short term deliverables while understanding client’s long-term goals.
  • Be an active scholar of the Internet. Read the trades, the blogs, etc.

Do you have…
 
  • 4+ years of account management experience in digital advertising.
  • Passionate and interested in audio and technology a bonus if you have first hand experience in either.
  • Ability to add structure and process when project plan is unclear/undefined
  • A confident communicator
  • Project management-esque ability to effectively manage and delegate 
  • Ability to multitask several different projects at once
  • Resourcefulness and flexibility
  • Positive outlook and good interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, thoughtful, ambitious, humble, and business minded
  • Interested in being a part of best-in-class creative work, and understand the value of it in a world saturated with bad advertising.
