Account Associate

Barbarian is looking for an eager, self-starter to join one the agencies newest client brands as an Account Associate. As this is a fast-paced and dynamic role, the ability to pivot with any given change is crucial but also an opportunity to take on a new challenge. 

Can You..

  • Ensure smooth communication between all disciplines on the account, as well as external agencies and clients
  • Coordinate all necessary meetings and follow up details such as ensuring all meeting documents are finalized and distributed accordingly
  • Respond promptly to all internal requests
  • Research and develop a competitive analysis of the current market
  • Learn and understand the Client’s business in order to proactively identify upcoming needs
  • Observe effectiveness of account communication and suggest new ways to optimize efficiencies
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidential information
  • Act as gatekeeper for all Account internal needs
  • Support an Account Manager, Senior Account Director and team, on internal prioritization and communication
  • Consistently maintain and update budget records
  • Populate, analyze and distribute weekly status reports
  • Maintain internal and external documentation for the account

Do You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Internship experience in a relevant field
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to learn quickly, is a self-starter
  • Excellent numerical and analytical ability
  • Killer organizational and time management skills
  • Concise writing and verbal communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • A love for advertising, technology and innovation
